Beautiful location and condo. Super clean. Victoria was very responsive and did all she could to help with the leaking AC in one of the rooms. I understand she only manages the condo and couldn't or shouldn't have to come out of pocket to get a technician out there. Our first night we couldn't use the front bedroom AC. The handyman that she sent was very nice and respectful. He came out within about 30 minutes of us letting her know about the AC. Sadly, he couldn't fix it since it was the pump that failed. The AC technican came the next morning around 8am and wasn't done until around 1pm. Despite the terrible start to our vacation I do think Victoria did all she could on her end to help. She was a wonderful host. As I told her, I think if we made a return trip then we would check out one of the other rentals she manages since it was apparent that she does maintain the properties well. If anyone is reading this Luxe Home Solutions is a great company to rent from. This condo was beautiful as well we just wish response time on something getting done would've been quicker. Even though I was very ill and less than pleasant they heard out my concerns and treated me like a human. Most companies wouldn't have been so professional even when I was being very rude. I do apologize on my end. I am only giving a 3 star because of the response time for the AC being fixed and then the tech coming SO early in the morning. Communication, cleaning, the condo and the host were all 5 stars.

We enjoyed our July 4th stay!! Victoria and Madison were amazing hosts. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed and the other families staying at the complex was very friendly. We look forward to coming again next year.

Victoria was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly responsive, handled every question or situation quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs, and I’ve never had a host be this attentive and kind. She truly cares about her guests and made our stay stress-free and special. The home was wonderful, and her hospitality exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re considering booking with Victoria, don’t hesitate. You’ll be in great hands!

This was a great place for our family of four. The rooms were a good size. Everything was clean and it’s so nice having a washer and dryer. Very close to the elevator, but you wouldn’t notice once in the room. Close to the car if you park on G5 in garage. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the salt & lime restaurant. They have a little of everything on the menu, great drinks and plenty of nice seating areas. The kids enjoyed the arcade. Our family would stay here again.

Great place to stay! You are super close to everything, and I mean everything! The house had everything you need to feel like a home away from home experience, and the house was nice and clean, the neighbors were friendly, and the host, Victoria was awesome. I would definitely stay again.
