Whether you’re planning a summer family getaway, a couples retreat, or simply craving uninterrupted ocean views, this is the place where vacation memories are made. There is a reason APATB III on Shore drive is one of the most popular vacation spots for recurring vacationers in the Northern Myrtle Beach area.

This bright, updated condo is your stress-free beach escape featuring a comfortable king suite, a cozy living space to unwind after long beach days, and a full kitchen stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to sunset dinners in.

The bedrooms are light and inviting with soft linens and large windows for natural light.

You’ll have the whole condo to yourself — every room is yours. Guests can also use the designated parking and any shared outdoor spaces offered by the complex. Settle in, unwind, and make it your home away from home.

This condo sits in one of the most lively stretches of Myrtle Beach, where the oceanfront is full of energy, live music, and beach-side bars just a short walk away. Guests love staying here because you’re never far from great food, and fun places to relax with a drink while listening to the waves.

The area has a vibrant vacation feel especially in the evenings — with plenty of nearby restaurants, entertainment spots, and oceanfront hangout areas. Whether you’re spending the day on the sand or enjoying the beach scene after sunset, this location puts you right in the heart of the action while still giving you a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the night.

This condo is about 15 minutes from Boardwalk, 24 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Walmart, 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing, 15 minutes from attractions like Ripley's and in the heart of Myrtle Beach's infamous "Restaurant Row".

Uber and Lyft is available in the area and serves all of Horry County, South Carolina. The main road Hwy 17 will get you to mostly anywhere you have in mind. As summer traffic picks up Hwy 17 can become a bottleneck, 31 is the "hidden Gem" that us locals use to avoid stop and go traffic.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor of A Place at the Beach III and there is no elevator access. It’s a short climb, but guests are rewarded with elevated ocean views and added privacy.

Per HOA, no pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the condo. A shared laundry room is available on the 1st floor and accepts coins or card payments through the Shine app.

** 1 trash bag in the can, 2 extra under the kitchen sink. We provide a “starter pack” of essentials. We do not provide enough to potentially furnish the whole stay. The purpose is to help you have a smooth start to your stay without having to rush to the store. Walmart is about 5 minutes away (max). If you need more than what is supplied, we recommend grabbing some at Walmart or another local store down the road.

* please note that the kitchen extras we provide are managed as best as possible! When we notice things are out then we try to keep it stocked. Beach gear is provided - with wear & tear, some items may have to be thrown away. Due to the cost of steady having to replace them, we will not be replacing the beach chairs. Please use them with care - as this is something guests actually love having available during their stay.

This condo is managed by Luxe Home Solutions providing a local contact person in the event assistance is needed. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

No motorcycles or trailers allowed. Minimum age to book is 23 years old. ONLY registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 1 parking pass is provided for free per HOA. Calli Baker Firehouse offers parking for renters - you’d need to contact them for rates.

Please note: we do not charge per person staying. Please put the correct number on the booking. In order to keep cleaning costs down, we do not put out more towels than the amount of people listed.

Every 4th Friday is pest control day. They’re in and out of the condos within about 1-2 minutes. They must be provided access to the condo. If they’re not allowed in the owner is fined. This fine is passed to the guest. You do not have to be inside the condo when they come.

Again, WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE ONE PASS PER RESERVATION FOR PARKING! HOA is becoming very strict on this. Passes that are not filled out or cars without a pass is subject to being towed by HOA.
