Off season adjustments:

The resort has taken down the volleyball nets, and closed the lazy river. The L-shaped pool beside of it is still open & the temperature is set at 88 degrees. All other amenities are still available.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor. Please note: the building does not have an elevator.

Per HOA rules:

• Primary renter must be at least 23 years old

• No pets permitted

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available within the resort. There is not a washer or dryer inside the condo.

The TV includes DirecTV and access to streaming apps (log in with your own accounts).

A welcome binder is included inside the condo on the kitchen counter with more information about nearby restaurants, and attractions. Also inside the binder is a map of the resort.

The Myrtle Beach Resort charges a gate/parking fee that is paid directly to the resort at the time of arrival or through their online portal.

In-Season Rates (April – September):

Car/Truck: $5 per day or $50 per month

Motorcycle: $5 per day or $50 per month

Off-Season Rates (October – March):

Car/Truck: $5 per day or $30 per month

Motorcycle: $5 per day or $30 per month

Motorcycle Trailer:

$100 per week (sold only in weekly increments)

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kids lived in the splash pad. I’m giving four stars because the lazy river was closed for the season (not the host’s fault, just unlucky timing). We had a great time overall.

Man oh Man . I was very skeptical this go round because we decided not to stay in an hotel on the beach but get something different because we were only staying two days . I picked this air bnb by the pictures i was satisfied but the pictures do absolutely no justice . The place was spotless , it was exactly like The pictures , its quiet & peaceful , very clean , the balcony over looks the tennis court with a river beside it , plus all the amenities all over the resort , a private beach access . They had exactly everything I needed and more. I also mentioned to them we were coming in town for my husband’s birthday and they put up decorations and left a mini birthday cake in the fridge when they didn’t even have to . I only needed her once the whole weekend and they were very responsive. Everything was very much appreciated & we would definetly book here again .

I didn’t realize this resort was basically its own little city. My kids disappeared into the splash pad and playground for hours and I actually got to drink a hot coffee like a real human. The condo was spotless and super cozy. I already told my husband we’re coming back every year.
