Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated beachfront community near Surfside Beach, on the southern side of the Grand Strand. Unit 5308 is in the Five Seasons section, away from the oceanfront buildings. The location provides a starting point for outings toward Market Common, Murrells Inlet, and Myrtle Beach.
Getting around
A vehicle is useful for groceries, dining, and outings beyond the resort. Within the grounds, allow time to walk between the condo, beach, and recreation areas. Rideshare availability varies by time and demand.
Beach mornings, lazy-river afternoons, and game nights back at the condo—TC’s Shore Thing makes room for all three. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps six in Myrtle Beach Resort’s Five Seasons section, with a fully stocked kitchen, guest games, a high chair, Pack ’n Play, beach towels, and two beach chairs ready for your stay. Walk through the resort grounds to reach the sand, or spend the day exploring its pools and recreation areas. Please read the renovation and stair-access information below before booking.
YOUR BEACH DAYS, WITH THE EXTRAS ALREADY HERE
A family beach trip comes with enough packing. At TC’s Shore Thing, the beach towels, two beach chairs, high chair, and Pack ’n Play are already here. Start the morning with breakfast together, head out for sandcastles and swimming, then come back for a meal and a little friendly competition with the games provided for guests.
SPACE TO SETTLE IN
With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and room for up to six guests, this condo gives your group space to get ready, recharge, and enjoy time together. The fully stocked kitchen has cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals, packing beach snacks, or keeping dinner simple after a busy day. The living and dining areas make it easy to gather without having to go out for every meal or evening of entertainment.
A RESORT WITH MORE THAN A BEACH
Set in Myrtle Beach Resort’s Five Seasons section, the condo is a walk through the grounds from the ocean. You can build your day around the beach and still have plenty of choices within the resort:
• Six swimming pools across the property, including indoor options and an oceanfront pool
• A 375-foot lazy river, children’s pool, splash pad, and hot tubs
• Five Seasons indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor family zone
• Pickleball and tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and bocce
• Playground, life-size chess, cornhole, and a putting green
• Picnic and grilling areas, fitness facilities, saunas, and steam rooms
• The Quarterdeck oceanfront bar and restaurant with seasonal entertainment, plus snack and convenience options
Amenities are shared throughout the resort, rather than all beside this building. Hours and availability vary with season, weather, maintenance, and renovation work.
MAKE A DAY OF THE SOUTHERN GRAND STRAND
You are on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, with outings in both directions:
• Myrtle Beach State Park: a nearby option for an oceanfront picnic, fishing pier visit, and time along a less-developed stretch of shoreline. Admission and fishing fees apply.
• The Market Common: browse shops, choose a restaurant, catch a movie, or try bowling—a useful change of pace from another beach afternoon.
• Surfside Beach: head south for a beach-town outing and a meal near the ocean.
• Family Kingdom Amusement Park: plan a seasonal outing for rides and classic seaside amusement-park fun. Check its operating calendar before going.
• Murrells Inlet: explore farther south when you want a different coastal setting for an afternoon or dinner out.
A vehicle is recommended for these outings, groceries, and exploring beyond the resort.
PLEASE KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• Unit 5308 is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator.
• The condo is set back from the oceanfront in the Five Seasons section; beach access is reached by walking through the resort grounds.
• Maximum occupancy is six guests.
• Separate resort parking fees apply.
IMPORTANT RENOVATION NOTICE
The existing HOA schedule calls for work on the 5000 building from September 28, 2026 through approximately April 2027, following equipment staging from September 14. Exterior cladding, windows, and doors are included. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Curtains and wall art may be removed for the work. Construction may affect the experience and access; contact our local property care team for current conditions before booking. Completion dates are estimates.

We really enjoyed ourselves. They thought of everything. They even had an iron and ironing board. Because my husband is not going anywhere with wrinkles. We enjoyed playing the games that were there we never played breaking the ice but my 4 year old grandson enjoyed it. So it was nice with all the small touches. We are definitely renting here again. She also gave great directions on how to get to the building.
