Know exactly how your early reservation is protected before you book.
Reservations made more than six months before arrival may be canceled within seven calendar days of booking for a full refund. After that period, payments are nonrefundable. If Luxe Home Solutions successfully rebooks the canceled dates, the guest may receive a refund based on the net amount recovered, less applicable processing and administrative fees. No rebooking-based refund is available for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
If your plans change, you may request a one-time transfer of the complete reservation to another qualified guest. The replacement guest must meet all booking requirements, complete identity verification, sign a new rental agreement, and purchase the required renter protection. Original dates, rates, payment deadlines, rules, and cancellation terms remain unchanged. All transfers require written approval from Luxe Home Solutions.
Travel insurance is offered and strongly recommended. Declining coverage does not change the cancellation or refund policy, and all claim decisions are made by the insurance provider.
