Book the tee times, bring the family, and leave a day open for the coast. This first-floor, three-bedroom condo at Legends gives six guests space to stay together—with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and shared pool and hot tub access. Make it a golf trip, a Coastal Carolina visit, or a few days exploring the Grand Strand beyond the oceanfront.

YOUR TRIP DOESN’T HAVE TO REVOLVE AROUND ONE THING

One day you’re playing a championship course. The next, you’re cheering on the Chanticleers, hunting for outlet finds, or stopping for lunch in historic Conway before a stroll beside the river. Fairway Suite at 17 is a place to put several kinds of Myrtle Beach days into one trip.

START WITH WHAT MAKES LEGENDS DIFFERENT

Three distinct courses share the resort: Heathland’s open, links-inspired layout, Moorland’s dramatic elevation changes, and Parkland’s tree-lined fairways. You can plan several rounds without making every golf day a drive to a different resort. The 30-acre practice complex includes a lighted driving range for working on your swing beyond daylight hours. And the Scottish-inspired Ailsa Pub gives the group a place to meet for dinner afterward. Golf, practice facilities, and dining are purchased separately; check current schedules and availability.

PLACES TO BUILD YOUR STAY AROUND

• Coastal Carolina University — come for a campus tour, visit your student, celebrate graduation, or make a Chanticleers weekend of it. Approximately 6 miles from the resort’s main clubhouse.

• Tanger Outlets, Highway 501 — an afternoon of shopping that doesn’t depend on beach weather. Approximately 3 miles from the main clubhouse.

• Broadway at the Beach — dining, shopping, and family attractions when everyone wants a few choices for the evening. Approximately 9 miles from the main clubhouse.

These are distances published by Legends from its main clubhouse, not measurements from the condo. Routes and travel times vary.

TWO OUTINGS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE ON YOUR LIST

Wheels of Yesteryear on Hospitality Lane houses vintage American cars and trucks—a different way to spend an afternoon, especially with a car enthusiast in the group. For another change of pace, head to downtown Conway for independent shops, cafés, and the Riverwalk along the Waccamaw River. Both are outings by car.

The coast is still part of the itinerary, too. Plan a beach day or an evening along Myrtle Beach’s oceanfront Boardwalk. This is an inland condo, so bring a car for beach access and exploring; the beach is not within walking distance.

COME BACK AND SETTLE IN

The first-floor layout has three separate bedrooms: a king in the primary, a queen in the second, and two twins in the third. Up to six guests can stay without turning the living room into a bedroom. Two full bathrooms help everyone get out the door, while the full kitchen and dining area make breakfast together or a casual dinner in easy to arrange. In-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV add the practical comforts for a longer visit.

Spend an afternoon at the shared outdoor pool and hot tub, play tennis, or use the community grilling areas. Resort amenities follow community rules and operating schedules and may close for maintenance.

GOOD TO KNOW

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No pets, smoking, parties, or events. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book. Two parking passes are provided; please follow parking and resort rules. Exterior security cameras include a doorbell camera and a camera on the golf-course side of the building, outside the patio area. The condo is not listed as wheelchair accessible.

Snowbird rates start in December and end May 1st:

• $2,150 for 1 month

• $2,000 monthly for 2 months

• $1,950 monthly for 3 months

Plus a $200 cleaning fee.
