Just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, golf, shopping, and entertainment, it's the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make lasting vacation memories.
Make yourself at home in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean-view condo designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The open-concept living area provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy for families and groups. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy ocean views and the coastal breeze with your morning coffee or evening drink. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable night's sleep, and the condo includes everything you need for a stress-free vacation, including high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, fresh linens, towels, and a starter supply of essentials. Within minutes, you'll find award-winning golf courses, fresh seafood restaurants, shopping, family attractions, nightlife, and entertainment. Whether you're here to unwind by the ocean or experience everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, this location makes it easy to do it all.
Most visitors use a car or rideshare to get around the Grand Strand; surface streets and US-17/Kings Highway run parallel to the coast. Public bus service (Coast RTA) operates routes along the Grand Strand including stops between North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach — useful for budget travel but routes and frequencies are limited compared with driving. Taxis, Uber/Lyft and seasonal beach trolleys operate in peak season. The area is walkable for short trips around the immediate beachfront and resort areas, but beaches, shopping and larger attractions are easier to reach by car.
A few helpful things to know before your stay:
• The resort provides 2 parking passes per reservation, as required by the HOA.
• During the busy summer season, the parking garage can fill up quickly. If possible, we recommend arriving before 4:00 PM for the best chance at convenient parking.
• Larger vehicles, oversized SUVs, lifted trucks, and vehicles with roof racks may have limited clearance in the parking garage. Please use caution when entering.
• The dryer works best using the Timed Dry setting. Depending on the size of the load, towels and heavier items may require more than one cycle to dry completely.
• As with most beachfront properties, you may occasionally notice sand throughout the resort and common areas. We work hard to ensure the condo is clean and guest-ready before every arrival. Please make sure to clean feet off on the door mat.
“This was a great place for our family of four. The rooms were a good size. Everything was clean and it’s so nice having a washer and dryer. Very close to the elevator, but you wouldn’t notice once in the room. Close to the car if you park on G5 in garage. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the salt & lime restaurant. They have a little of everything on the menu, great drinks and plenty of nice seating areas. The kids enjoyed the arcade. Our family would stay here again.”
“Great location, steps to the beach. Previous guests we were told made quite a mess so we didn’t expect perfection upon arrival as far cleanliness. We had a few issues which were quickly resolved other than the dryer needing 3 cycles to dry the laundry all else was excellent! Response from Stephanie was excellent, appreciate that very much! We had a great time with family and friends! Highly recommend this condo!”
“This place was a wonderful Airbnb, the only issue was with the dryer but it wasn’t a big deal for us. There’s a wonderful restaurant and has beach access. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The condo was very comfortable and had all amenities we needed for the stay. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates/cups and utensils. The styling of the condo was super cute and well thought out with updated bathrooms. I appreciated the ease of parking as well! My two sons appreciated the great boogie board and I utilized the chairs! The hotel portion of the building is a bit outdated but the pool was clean, the oceanfront restaurant served good food, and the ocean access is quick.”
“We had an amazing stay! Michael and Stephanie were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was top notch from start to finish. The space itself was exactly as described in the listing. They had beach towels, wagon and beach chairs there for us to use as well. The ocean view was almost as good as being oceanfront and our balcony was spacious enough for our group. Washer and dryer in our unit was a definite plus. There are several restaurants and bars close to this unit as well, we stayed here for a month with no car and had plenty of options within walking distance, one being on-site which was great. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free trip.”
“The unit itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect—having multiple restaurants right on site made things so convenient, and the easy beach access was a huge plus. The wagon provided at the unit made it incredibly easy to bring all our beach gear down without any hassle. Some of the nights were a bit chilly, but we loved being able to turn on the fireplace—it made the space feel extra cozy. Every room having its own TV with Roku was also a game changer for our family, since everyone could relax and watch what they wanted without interruptions. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. And the coffee provided was definitely appreciated—we needed our daily fix! 🙂 Although it was too cold for us to enjoy the pools, it was great to see all the amenities, including the beachfront access and lazy river.”
“We had such a wonderful stay at Michael and Stephanie’s beach front condo! The unit was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach view from the large balcony was absolutely amazing, and even when it rained, we had a blast enjoying the indoor pool, indoor glow mini golf, and the arcade. My granddaughter didn’t want to leave! The resort was always clean and we never saw sand or bugs inside or at the pool despite it being at the beach. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, toys, and even a wagon for convenience. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies we could ask for, and the beds were so cozy and comfortable. Truly a perfect getaway-we can’t wait to come back!”
“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the extra touches, like having beach chairs and a wagon ready for our beach days—it made everything so easy! I also appreciated having a TV in the bedroom to unwind at night, and the fireplace was such a cozy bonus for the cooler evenings. The resort itself was fantastic, with several restaurants right on-site that served amazing food and delicious drinks. The restaurant just outside the resort was another gem and made dining options super convenient. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions about the stay or the local area. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back!”
“We booked this place last minute, and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Honestly the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve ever had! The condo was super clean, easy to get to from the parking garage, and had everything I needed for my short beach getaway. It came stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, and even a cozy fireplace for the chilly nights. The beds were really comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows, and I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise over the ocean. The location was perfect with restaurants just a short walk away, and the hosts shared great local recommendations. It was such a comfortable and easy stay, I’d definitely come back!”
“We had an amazing stay at 205 74th Ave N in Myrtle Beach! The condo was spotless, and the beds were so comfortable it was hard to leave them in the mornings. The hosts thought of everything—coffee, soap, towels, smartphone charging plugs, beach chairs, and even toys for the kids. They also provided a beach cart on wheels, which made getting all our stuff down to the sand a breeze. The location is perfect too—walkable to the arcade, splash pad, and plenty of other fun activities. Also comes with dish soap and detergent!!! Love it. Clean space, cozy beds, smart amenities, and truly awesome hosts—this place made our trip effortless. Highly recommend”
